Recently, I had a locking problem with an almost new Boker Brend(which I love!).I sent it to Boker USA in Lakewood Co. In two weeks to the day, I received a brand new knife!No questions asked.The accompanying note was signed by Norma. I have recently bought several Bokers, and it's great to know that one of the oldest cutlers around still knows how to treat customers the old fashioned way. My thanks and admiration to all at Boker USA.

I just had a similiar experience and will agree that they do respond quickly.
I had an older model, the 1200, not real expensive but the flat ground blade cut nice and the handle was very comfortably, but the back spring for the lock bar fell out! Didn't even hear it go, just one day the lock bar didn't stay shut any longer. Norma looked out for me and is getting another to take it's place.

Well bad news on this knife, the one they sent me was made in Argentina and wasn't up to snuff compared to the knife I sent back, I called her and she said that was all they could do, they couldn't fix the back bar and this was the only replacement, nuts, I sent the new one back and asked her to return my broken knife, as it is better than the new one as far as quality goes, OH Well! She did try.....Boker quality, don't know if I'll get another made from them....just my experience, glad to hear others have made out better.

These people are friendly..... and gracious enough to respond promptly to E mail and phone calls,regarding products that they don't even carry (not available in the USA).
 
I sent back a knife that had a liner lock problem. Sent the thing in on Monday received a new knife back the next Tuesday. A one day turn around in their hands.
