Brad was the most attentive custom knife maker I've ever ordered from.<p>From my first call to all my nit-picking requirements, he took it all in stride and had a "no problem" attitude. This was later proven when he delivered within a few weeks of schedule (great for any custom maker!), and then took care of a minor problem (at his expense) the moment I called.<p>The knife and it's maker well exceeded my expectations.:)
 
I'll second that.
Brad is a class act.
He just did a refinsh job for me - fast communications, quality work.

Brad took care of me promptly when I requested that a clip be added to my Mini-Whiplash. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again. He's also a fantastic knifemaker!

I had a chance to drive out to see Brad and his shop when I was not working last year. I called him up, told him I lives near by and he said to come by. He was a class guy. I only wished I had the money then to buy 'cause I knew that I would not be able to get it at that price for long. I am glad he is getting the exposure he deserves.
 
I did some stupid stuff to my Whiplash and Brad readjusted it refinished it and returned it to me in 8 DAYS:eek:

I also think Brad is a great guy. I sent him my knife for a minor adjustment(I had a little raised edge where the carbon fiber met the bolster) Also just wanted to get the knife checked out. Not only did he have my knife back to me in less than a week, but he explained how in the future I could adjust the handle when somthing was not flush(got myself a torx driver at his suggestion). So when I got the knife back he wanted to make sure I was COMPLETLEY satisfied with it, which I was. He went so far as to say if there ever was a problem that he could'nt remedy he would just go ahead and make me a new knife. Brad is the first custom KNIFE maker that I have personally dealt with, but I have had much experience with custom guitars. I can honestly say I have never had better customer service in any industry than that which I recieved from Brad Duncan. A class act all the way.
