My girlfreind very kindly bought for me a Center Cross pocket knife with rosewood scales. I carry a sebenza every day but wanted something more classy and less frightening to use at work and such. A usable gents folder. I loved it when I recieved it. wharncliff style blade and 3inch blade. I carried it in addition to the sebenza. After a while I noticed one of the scales was coming away from the liner. I wrote to Centercross and they immediatly replied "send it back" Pat Osborne, Gene's wife, tracked the progress the whole way and notified me when it was sent back. What a polite and pleasent person. Not only did Gene fix what was wrong he did some additional polishing of the scales and liners and the knife came back even more beautiful than I sent it in.

Sounds like I may have the twin to your knife. I got mine from Gene at the BigTown gun show. Classy folder. Take care.
 
I'm int he process of getting my first custom from Gene and Pat. Gene stands by his work 100% and I am glad to be working with them on this special knife.

I'm happy to count all of you as my customers. There never is a "true twin" to any of my knives. They are all one-of-a-kind. I'm happy to say so are my customers.

This is how lucky I was... I picked up one of Gene's folders in a trade, and when I got it, and held it, I was very happy. What a solid, clean, and very sharp knife. I was so impressed with it I called Gene up, and ordered two auto's from him. So i'm very glad to hear that Alex! He is the nicest person to talk to. He takes his time, and takes down every detail. Ordering a knife can be harmfull to your health, but the Osborn's made it easy. When his wife Pat sent me my conformation of the knives that I ordered it was 100% correct. I didn't have to call him back to change anything. I just get a good feeling about the knives that he is making, and I can't wait to get them. If you are out there... Thanks Pat, and Gene.

We're out here. Of course, I keep Gene chained to his shop and only let him loose ocassionally.
