Here's a story that evidences Brian Shelton's goodwill.
I ordered a bunch of Victorinox knives for Christmas presents. Each knife was destined for a special person.
Somehow, two Victorinox Waiters were omitted.
This was discovered on Dec.23.
I emailed Brian and he immediately responded with the message he would ship ASAP.
Christmas day came and the two visiting friends that were the recipients of the missing knives were invited to dinner.
My plan was to ship the knives to their homes after the holidays, and just ignore the fact that I had gifts for them. They live pretty far away and visit only at Christmas.
Anyway, the doorbell rang around noon on Christmas day. I opened the door and was suprised to see a mailman. He was delivering the two missing knives. The cost of postage equalled the value of one of the knives, and it was not charged to me.
Brian's goodwill enabled me to keep my plans. The knives were appreciated, and so is Discount Knives service.
Thanks again Brian.
