Recently purchased a beautiful little Arno Bernard Baby Squirrel from Knives Ship Free. The customer service from Knives Ship Free was spot on and I was very pleased dealing with them. This post is mostly about the RSA knife makers Arno Bernard. After the knife arrived from Knives Ship Free I decided I wanted a pocket sheath for the knife and called Knives Ship Free, but they advised they only have sheaths for the knives in their stock and no extra sheaths, not custom sheaths. I then emailed the Arno Bernard in RSA. They replied very quickly and advise they would be pleased to build a pocket sheath for the knife (I requested a sheath identical to the belt sheath except with no belt loop) and the price was very reasonable. They advised the sheath would go out with the next scheduled bulk US shipment which was about a month away. I asked them if I would pay for courier would they ship that method; they replied yes and let them check on DHL shipment. They came very quickly with the DHL shipping cost which is fairly high. They then said that since the shipping was high that they would build the custom sheath at no charge and arrange the shipping details. I Immeatily PayPal'ed the shipping charges. The sheath just arrived and it is all I expected. I dealt with two of the Bernard brother's Arno and Ruan and have never experienced any finer Customer Service from any company.
