I bought a knife recently from Knifeworks and had a very minor complaint with it (not a real issue, just me being picky). I contacted Knifeworks and asked if I would be able to exchange the knife. Roger at Knifeworks was very generous in letting me exchange it for a knife I am happy with.

I've bought from Knifeworks in the past because they have awesome exclusive models, and I will continue to buy from them because of their great customer service. Thanks guys at Knifeworks!

I also got an exclusive knife from KW that I wasn't real happy with (mostly cuz it was to be a gift). Called 'em up, spoke with Mariah, no problem, got the replacement promptly, and it was 'perfect'. THX!
