I've delt with them several times and they are just a pleasure to deal with! They never act like they are too busy for you and answer all your questions. Also they have a beautiful clean store with a ton of inventory! But it's the people and especially the one lady who knows her knives that keeps me coming back. The prices are very fair and they deliver quick! My #1 store and if you live in VA I highly suggest you stop by and see them! Oh! And bring lots of money cuz they got it all! Thank yall at New Graham for excellent service and a pleasent atmosphere!
