Finally I finished this knife. It name is The Grape Vine. Lond project but I like how it came out.

The blade is 3-5/8" long 1" wide and 1/8" thick at the bolster. Nicely tapered to the tip. The steel is CPM S30V heat treated by Paul Boss to 60HRC. It is flat ground. I tried my best to mirror polish it.
The bolster is 330 Stainless Steel, milled from the solid piece.
I made a deep relief egraving on it. Actually it is more carving than engraving. The leaves are 3D and the background is recessed.
The handle is 4-1/2" and made of Black Walnut croutch.
The blade has long tang that goes through the handle. It is fixed with the butt nut. But the knife is not take down. It is epoxied permenantly.
The butt nut is also carved.
I made nice sheath for it with the matching design. All hand made and freehand wet stamped. The "background" on the sheath is hot stamped.
Both the knife and the sheath marked with my makers mark.

Let me know if you need more pictures or the pictures of the specific areas.

I am asking $700 for it. Insured Priority Mail shipping included (CONUS).
Pay Pal preferred, personal check is ok (ship after the sheck is cleared).

Reserved, pending funds.

Beautiful as always Dmitry. I always look forward to seeing your new work and haven't been disappointed yet (except that I can't afford any of it).

Dmitry,
That is the nicest work since your first knife posted here. It is a beautiful knife. A real work of art as well as the blademaker's art.

I'm speechless! That is just outstanding! If I had the money that work of art would be mine.
