I bought a custom hunting knife from Todor who is a BladeForums maker.
I have owned hundreds of knives over my 72 year life. I have never come across a knife with better fit and finish than this knife, even knives that cost 5 times more. This especially impressive due to the guard and inlay in the butt and the two tone dyed wood handle. The guard and inlay fitted without any gaps or protrusions even when examined with a magnifying glass.

Did I mention that the grinds are perfect and the knife is extremely sharp?

Todor lives in Bulgaria. He fully communicated with me in regards to shipping. He shipped on 22 July and I received the knife today.

I am always pleased to see a new maker who not only crafts a beautiful knife but is also a good communicator.

I couldn't be happier. Buy from him with confidence.
 
The man does make awesome knives, and is a pleasure to deal with. Also makes a great leather sheath. What impressed me the most of the couple I've purchased from him is how well the knives fit in the sheaths. The knife slides in smoothly, practically "clicks" in place, doesn't rattle at all, and will not fall out, yet is still easy to withdraw. He obviously pays close attention to detail with all aspects of his work.
 
Yes, more people need to know how great Todor’s knives are‼️ Everything said in this thread is true and I’m honored to own his knives. Thank You my friend
 
I've been admiring his daggers for a while, and the Birch bark is an interesting handle material that I haven't used before. My wife actually commented on the Birch, and she likes daggers...I may need to grab the next one he lists;)
