The "growths" of a traditional knife

Very neat topic for discussion! A Resolza like what you pictured is my current grail knife. I find them just absolutely stunning! Fausto, once you visit the maker to ask your questions, see if they have the capability to build a large catapult that can sling a crate of these across the Atlantic. Carl, myself, and a lot of other friction folder fans will be waiting to catch it!
