The Half Ton grows up

Size was it. That is the only real difference, but the chubby was perfect edc for work.

However..... I am diggin the full ton. That looks like a winner and I am certainly going to bite on it. I jsut wish they would show the clip side of it. I cant figure if it is tip up or down.

Revive this thread. My Half Ton arrived today and for a Kershaw that currently sells for under $13.00 it seems like one heck of a bargain. A full steel liner knife with a very wide hollow grind blade and a liner lock for that price seems like quite a bargain. At 2.5" blade length it is a quite compact knife and the wrench shaped carry clip seems ridiculous to me but other than that I really like it. A true beater of a knife at the current price that appears to be rugged and dead simple in design.

It's a great knife. I love mine. I dropped it from about 15 feet and now it rubs a bit on the liner. And who cares? It was less than $10! It's comfortable and can take a gold edge. And it's legal where I work. Love it.

Definitely a good value. It's the kind of knife you can use as rough as you want, or even lend(or give) to a friend and not worry about it getting lost, broken, or damaged, cause it's a sub $15 knife...yet even though iy's under $15, it's still made well with fine materials, not some junky mystery steel Frost Cutlery knife with a wobbly blade.

Cool, I think out of kershaws new knives, I'd like to check out the Redford injection.... I'm hoping it lives up at least a little to Mr rexford's custom
