Well, well, well... WE HAVE A WINNER!
But first let me thank everyone who entered, commented, liked and participated.
I thought this was the best way for me to re-enter the community, and I believe I was right.
I read every single comment, and I appreciate all of you. I had fun with this, and I hope y'all did, too.
So the way the winner was determined was through two rounds:
First round I had my wife pick 6 entrants based on username, avatar, comment, signature, whatever else she liked.
Second round I assigned those 6 semi-finalists the numbers 1-6, in chronological order of their entry into the contest.
Then I rolled a pair of standard 6-sided dice until I got a matching pair. Took about a dozen rolls. And the winner was #5.....
and #5 is:
DennisM -- Congrats, brother!
Send me a Message under my profile with your mailing address a.s.a.p.
I also sent you a PM with my email. You can contact me that way, too.
Thanks again, everyone! And congrats again to DennisM!

Well, well, well... Hello there, old (and new) friends! It's been some 8 years since I was active on this super awesome Forum.
No fault of the Forum, I just had to take care of some super serious life stuff. But, I'm back now, so let's make up for lost time...
Let's give away a MICROTECH! I'm going to keep it relatively simple, so here's how it's gonna work:
RULES:
~U.S. only, please.
~Must be at least 18 years old.
~Must be Gold Member or higher.
~Must have 200 or more posted Messages.
~Must have NOT won a GAW in the past 2 years.
~Must not ask the knife to be shipped to DC, DE, MN, NM, or HI.
~By entering you are confirming that auto knives are legal for you to own in your state.
~Please don't enter if you already own several MT OTF's, or if you could easily afford to go buy several.
I'd prefer the winner to be someone in a lesser station in their knife collecting hobby. Thanks for understanding.
HOW TO ENTER:
~First, READ and follow the RULES above. And please follow the Honor System. After all, our word is all we have.
~Simply drop a comment below and give me a Like. Maybe leave a reason why you'd like to have this in your collection.
~Only one entry person, please. Let's keep it fair for everyone.
THE CONTEST:
~I'd like to get 100 entries before I choose a winner, but I may close it sooner if that doesn't happen.
~Not yet sure how I'll pick the winner -- might use a random number generator, might ask the GF to pick, dunno yet...
HOW TO CLAIM:
~Once a winner is picked, I will post the name here in this thread.
~Winner will have 48 hours to contact me via PM through the forum.
~If there's no response within 48 hours, a second winner will be selected.
AND, OF COURSE, THE PRIZE:
~BNIB MICROTECH UTX-85, Tanto Edge, Stonewashed Standard, OD Green Handle, Born 05/2022, SR#81921
~Never carried, used, or sharpened. The only time it's ever left the house was today for the pics below.
~I'll drop better/bigger pics below if they don't upload properly in this OP...
