Let's give away a MICROTECH! I'm going to keep it relatively simple, so here's how it's gonna work:

~By entering you are confirming that auto knives are legal for you to own in your state.
~Please don't enter if you already own several MT OTF's, or if you could easily afford to go buy several.
I'd prefer the winner to be someone in a lesser station in their knife collecting hobby. Thanks for understanding.

HOW TO ENTER:
~First, READ and follow the RULES above. And please follow the Honor System. After all, our word is all we have.
~Simply drop a comment below and give me a Like. Maybe leave a reason why you'd like to have this in your collection.
~Only one entry person, please. Let's keep it fair for everyone.

THE CONTEST:
~I'd like to get 100 entries before I choose a winner, but I may close it sooner if that doesn't happen.
~Not yet sure how I'll pick the winner -- might use a random number generator, might ask the GF to pick, dunno yet...

HOW TO CLAIM:
~Once a winner is picked, I will post the name here in this thread.
~Winner will have 48 hours to contact me via PM through the forum.
~If there's no response within 48 hours, a second winner will be selected.

BTW -- I've never owned a Microtech or an automatic. So after 69 years on the face of this earth I might get lucky and never be able to say that again. O.D. is my favorite color.

Not in, I've won GAWs in the past year.

But I wanted to give you some kudos for such a generous GAW. I've never owned a true automatic knife because the nice ones are expensive and I have other knives I like. But this kind of GAW is great for folks who might not get to try one out otherwise.
 
Please count me IN. OD is my favorite color, go figured ... I'm retired military. I've never had an OTF and did not know that style existed until joining this great forum. I planned someday to purchase one but haven't yet.

Uncle Timbo Uncle Timbo - I don't know you but gifted you a membership for a year. Your status should change when the mods get around to it. Enjoy :)
 
Generous gaw and thank you for doing so. I would like to do the same one day. I’m in and I did have one that I myself gave to a buddy who isn’t really into knives but always looks them over when I show him something new I got. He appreciates them, so I gave him my utx-85 because he was familiar with Microtech and had helped us out during some tuff times. He couldn’t believe it when I gifted it to him! Made my day/year! Thanks for the consideration and good luck to all.

Sorry, just looked and realized I don’t have 200 messages, lol. Been here over a year and just assumed I did. Still a great thing you’re doing here!
