The "I've never had one of those!" Giveaway

I've heard from Ken and Andi. The rest of you guys, email me your addresses. I want to get you your knives! I think giving away knives is as much fun as winning them!

Thanks Casey. I received it. If it makes you feel any better, I just took a nosebleed, a controlled no longer bleeding, nosebleed to the emergency room via ambulance. It's gonna be a great night.

This family med doc feels your pain. I'd love for people to get the idea that the ER is only emergencies- half of what I see on an average night is stuff that could wait to morning, or could be handled at an urgent care for half price.

You're calling me at 1am because you forgot to take your multivitamin? Seriously? Are we really having this conversation?

I just sent my address via email. If for some reason you dont receive it just let me know and ill try again. Thanks.

Just wondering if you got a chance to pop those sweet little gems in the mail. I cant wait to get my prize. Thanks again for the knife. It will be loved and used.

Have any of the winners received their knives yet. I have not and am wondering whats up. I cant pm medicevans and hope everything is ok.

I did get an e-mail from Brian, and I don't know if it's my place to say what is going on, but there are issues he is dealing with. I'm sure they will go out as soon as he can do it. I would urge patience, though. It is not in his control.

Ken

Thats totaly cool. I thought it was lost in the mail. I hope everything is ok and if there is anything he needs that i can somehow help with i am more than willing. Ill keep him and his family in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you so much again. Good lookin out ken.

Update: I got my Peanut in the mail. It must have come yesterday, because my wife had the package sitting on my chair this morning when I got up. I really like it. I'll get some pics and show it off soon, but for now, the edge is nice (I don't know if Brian sharpened it or not), the covers have a good finish and feel, and the bolsters have a real nice brushed/satin finish. Walk and talk is excellent, and the pull and snap is strong without being difficult.

Thanks Brian! I hope all is well with you and your wife.

Ken

Ken, I'm glad you like it. It was really hard giving away that little peanut. I really liked it, and I hope you put it to good use!

The other knives should be there any day now.

Medicevans youre the man. I got my knives in and couldnt be happier. Thank you for introducing me to the world of slipjoints. This buck wont leave my pocket for a long time. Thank you so much. Im going to pass the canoe to my father. He will appreciate it as well. Thanks again.

Got mine, too! Thanks a bunch! Now to figure out just what that jack with the corkscrew actually is- I like your idea of Franco-German, but something doesn't quite fit.

I emailed back. My response was a bit delayed, because the email address linked to this account is an older account does not get used as much as it used to (it was my "clean" account for more than a decade, until my wife used it to enter a "contest" to win an Xbox 360 for me. I caught her mid entry, deleated, and backed out, then had about 3000 or so spam the next morning!)

Thanks for the giveaway. Let me know if you got my mailing address, or if I need to resend it. One response attempt failed, so I don't know if the other made it.

BFT, I got your email, and had the knife to send today, and grabbed the wring stinking Kamp King, so I will try to get it out asap! Sorry man. I really apologize.

Casey, I posted it up in the BRL forum here, and what I told you I all I know. Lol. He really didn't know. It's an interesting knife and one that I'm sure has a cool story waiting to be discovered.

Mine hadn´t arrived yet. But that´s clear. It will take still some weeks to go over the Atlantic ocean.
