Hi Folks
Here is the second of a pair of JBTs that I finished up this week...
The 'Jause, Bird and Trout' - long, slim and elegant. A classic Bird and Trout design that also lends itself perfectly to the Austrian tradition of Jause - a snack of cold cuts that is normally served outside. The slender blade is also perfect for use as a 'Jagdnicker'.
Crafted in Bohler N690 stainless steel with a full tang and filework on the spine. The handle is paper Micarta with fiber liners and carbon fiber pins. A custom fitted leather sheath compliments this sharp little field companion.
