2 reasons to keep buying these blades customer service and direct involvement with the designer. Goes to prove that when everyone works together everyone is happy. Now if we can only get this idea into the minds of the people at home depot home renos would go as easy and splitting wood with a knife lol
 
Amen. I'm actually excited to get a replacement. It will help out in all our backwards fires and hot dog/marshmallow roasts. My kids love those!
 
Quick update. Kabar got my broken knife last Monday. Today, Mr. UPS guy delivered a new one. They didn't contact me or ask a single question. Kabar customer service +1.
