I think these guys work at my local garage: if the customer rushes them, what do you expect, of course it got screwed up! You should have given them time to do it properly in the first place.

I bet they have a sign in both shops that says "Labor 1 times (amount)per hour. Labor if you want it done right away 2 times (amount)per hour. Labor if you watch 5 times (amount) per hour."

Rusty, I've seen that sign in dozens of shops and it is a good reminder for customers.
