Let's get some preliminary results:

As expected, kerambits and balis are rated high (or low, depending on your outlook) in this thread, with spyderco's kerambit being most often mentioned out of these.

Unexpectedly (at least for me), saks were mentioned a few times. I have to assume that the reason is that they get a lot of pocket time.

Also kitchen knives got a lot of mentioning (I should have though of those). The reasons are obvious, of course.

Finanlly, out of tactical folders, boker's jim wagner's reality based blade was mentioned couple of times. The blade on that thing does look like it can dos some serious damage.

Keep them coming and ... oh yeah, keep 'em sharp (right?)

Back in the day when I just discovered Spyderco I had up to four band-aids at a time on my hands.

My all time winner and still proudly displayed in my case is a Bench Made 700S. This knife taught me the proper ways to use a knife through blood, pain, and lose of finger tip sensation.

5" CS Voyager. :o
Had to laugh when New Graham started sending band-aids with their knife orders. :D

I've had the original Leatherman for many years and use it often and NEVER cut myself. I then got the large one with SAFETY locked blades and got a bad cut !! I talked to a friend who got one too and he got a nasty cut also !! So much for stupid safety devices that are cumbersome and dangerous to use !

Good old red handled SAK's. Great knives, but I'm sticking with lockblades from now on.

my most bloodthirsty beast is my Tom Krien reground VG10 spyderco endura 4 waved. the edge is so thin and I keep it so damn sharp looking at it funny almost requires stitches.

I almost never cut myself, but did twice with this monster. Both related to the same issue (and later why I got rid of the knife).

When I bought the SH it was shipping with a nylon sheath and Kydex insert. This was the standard old-style Busse sheath. The Kydex had zero retention properties (the knife would just slide in and out freely). The only means of keeping the knife in the sheath was a little keeper strap with a snap near the top of the knife.

Two problems with this set up:

1) Snap would snap 'closed' only to pop open later: Major cut to my right hand as the knife came sliding down out of the sheath and I reflexivey tried to catch it (always a bad idea, but should not have happened). I was upside down at the time, so the knife was falling toward my head...

2) Strap not placed properly to retain knife: Even when the snap was fully engaged the knife could be pulled out of the Kydex to expose a good 1-1.5" of blade. This gave me a nasty (but shallower) cut once as well...

Not a bad knife, but I hope the newer sheaths offered are put together better.
