The knife that suprised you!

1. Becker Magnum Camp: When I heard the BAD news that this one was to be discontinued, I saw the uproar that it's fan club produced. I decided to get one before the supply ran out. I must say that this knife is deceptively one of the best designed knives I own. It can do delicate cuts, and it can chop too. It is on it's way to Mr. Fisk to have a convex edge ground on. She will be even better when she comes back.

2. Queen D2 Cattle King stockman: I've never handled this size stockman before, and I was amazed how different it felt from the "standard" sized Queens that I have. This one actually came pretty sharp out ot the box too. This size makes me wanna go out and do some ranch work! She is probably destined to be a Christmas present, but I will get another for myself.

3. Karesaundo Algen: A nordic knife that I recently purchased from Ragnar's site. www.ragweedforge.com This is my first nordic knife, and while I was a little disappointed with the blade itself, the handle, sheath, and overall utility design of it really grabbed me. This knife was only $45 also! She will be going off in the mail to the esteemed Danbo for a little grinding to make the blade perfect. I can now see why there are knife-knuts that get all goofy about nordic knives. The design is great, and you can get a heck of a knife for very few $$$. This will definately not be my last nordic.

That's all I got for now, may think of more...
