The knife you'd use at a steakhouse?

Because i think it would be hilarious, albeit a bit unwieldy. Otherwise I am using whatever they give me because I work to hard on my edges to drag it on a ceramic plate. Filet Proper Medium Rare, not the medium most places serve as medium rare. Salt pepper butter, maybe something green to go with it.
 
Well since it already kinda looks like a steak knife.... and yes i am taken the ferro rod with me
