The Known Universe

If the known universe is fun. just think about the unknown universe (s).

Try the multiverse theory. What is outside of our universe? Could there be an infinite number of similar universes? How about identical universes? Just imagine, another Esav out there somewhere, or even worse, another Ozzy Osbourne. :eek:

I resent you saying Ozzy Osbourne is worse than me. :grumpy:

I went to Brandeis Multiversity, where a grade could be an A or an F,
depending on how much your father donated to the football program.
(No, we didn't have a football program ...)

Don't know if this has been posted before but this is my favorite 'perspective' video of the planets/stars;

Hope you enjoy it, I know I did. And thank you for the OP's Universe video, that was an interesting ride as well.

Friday night was the "biggest" full moon. It was very bright outside. Street lights were completely unnecessary.

The "Wolf moon" as I understand. It was THE brightest moon you will ever see this year. I went out in -9 degrees to check it out. We have a fresh snow cover and after the eyes adjusted, it seemed as bright as day... very distinct shadows. Could easily have hunted with a scope.

I suspect that tonight will be nearly as bright. If your sky is clear, check it out!

The scope is unimaginable. Life is ephemeral but the cosmos is infinite.
