The largest custom knife list

whoa! that's a big list....

i have no idea what to do with such a big list.

------------------
Knives and Cars... Simple but EXPENSIVE.
I would put some important quote from the bible here, as many of you have done, but I don't believe in god or that jesus was his (?) son.

What is "Vascowear"?

Vasco Wear is a tool steel used in manufacturing processes to cut other metals. In my experiance with it, in manufacturing, It has very low shock resistance. Tooling made from it chips, breaks and cracks easily at the same hardnesses as D2, A2 or M2. I could be wrong, but I see no benefit for using it as a knife steel.

Lynn,

Your information is on the list. For some reason it is not in alphabetical order, but it is on there...very close to the bottom of the list.

If there are any makers not on the list, they can submit an application for the list on the BACKA's website.

There's also a maker search function on that site that is very helpful!

If I am not mistaken the list is compiled and kept up to date by a guy named Chuck.
Don't know if he hangs around here, but he a great guy and member of TKCL.
