Well, here we go. I am combining the remaining sales into a single thread. Terms are the same for all knives, and prices will be listed for each knife. I have featured several of these knives in videos on my YouTube channel. Thank you for looking!
Note - I guess I can only post 20 images, so many of the images are linked out to my flickr. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Terms:
First is an SFO GEC 78 made for Maher and Grosh. This is a three blade "Yankee Whittler" in beautiful cocobolo wood. It is a thick boy as all three blades have their own spring, and all are on on the same end of the knife. Beautiful knife with unique markings and packaging. The like knife is new and unused!
Price: $165 - SOLD
(removed pics after sale)
Next is a GEC 541217 Beaver Tail jack with Jigged Brazilian Cherry wood. This is a somewhat large knife with one blade on each end. The jigged wood seems to be unique to the beaver tail line, and it also features the beaver shield. The knife is like new and unused!
Price: $155 - SOLD
(removed pics after sale)
Next is a GEC 462218 Whaler in Desert Ironwood. This beastly thing is about the biggest conversation starter you can have with a traditional folder. I love the grain on desert ironwood, and always had wanted to handle a whaler. Time to let this one go. The knife is like new and unused!
Price: $225 - SOLD
(removed pics after sale)
Next is a GEC 971119 named the Allegheny Belle Riviere. An example of the "coke bottle" pattern, this large knife has autumn gold jigged bone handles and a single large clip blade. While completely unused, there are some faint "wipe" patina marks on the blade that I must have caused handling at some point. However, being the first run of 97s this one has the PPP (Pattern Production Premier) etch on the back of the blade. Please see pics!
Price: $150

Next is one of my oldest GECs - a 613409 four blade Northfield congress from 2009 in beautiful Banana Peel bone. I loved the somewhat rare Northfield shield, and the craftsmanship of this piece as all the blades come together. While I have handled it fondly over the years, I have never carried or used it to cut anything. I would imagine examples like this are pretty hard to come by these days.
Price: $250

Finally, my most unique GEC safe queen. This is the USS Texas SFO made by GEC on the 48 pattern for Percy Richardson. I purchased this directly from Mr. Richardson years ago after finding out about the program. Percy sourced actual steel and deck wood from museum warships to create custom knives. He worked with GEC to produce some of them, including this one. This knife is made with steel and teak deck wood from BB-35 USS Texas; a New York class battleship that fought in WWII. The warship steel was turned into amazing raindrop damascus by Devin Thomas who produces Damascus for other knife makers out there like Chris Reeve. This is also one of the only GEC knives I have seen with the shield on both sides. Please note that some of the papers are lightly crumpled (thanks to a toddler while I had them out ) but otherwise the knife is like new and unused! This is one of 16 made.
Price: $595 - SOLD
(removed pics after sale)
Edit - removed sold knife photos to clean up the thread for the remaining knives + additional price drops
