The note is a list admittance requirements for the quarantined zone, it states that all weapons/anything that could be used as a weapon must be confiscated and destroyed prior to admittance. And, it mentions that anything discovered, even outside the quarantined zone, that could be a weapon is also to be destroyed.
Just ran into the second Bloater... spooky!

I wanted to chime in here one more time.

So, I picked up the this game on Saturday and have played about 8 hrs worth of the game (Canadian Long Weekend... Happy Belated to the fellow members). I have played a lot of games in my time, and I have to say that this game is in my top 5 best games of all time. I have found the mix of "dark and scary" vs. the lush urban sprawl, have made the game play very entertaining. Thankfully it is not one dark room/hallway after another...

Also, the scripted NPC's fit the game very well. The casual banter between your character, and those who you meet keep the story line moving at a good pace.

I fully recommend this game to anyone who likes the Survivor-Horror genre of games -- This is not a Zombie Shooter with unlimited ammo.

seems like i really have to get this game - although i had every video game console in existence i am not really good at playing with those joypads/ps controllers that came up with ps2 - i rather use mouse and keyboard these days

btw i just sold two old classic neo geo games for $ 1950,-- i might invest in some INFI :D
 
I finished it last night and all i can say is HOLY SMOKES!! THIS GAME IS GOOD!!! I think even if you don't like to play games you are going to love this one, it's like being in control of a movie and the plot keeps you glued to the screen.. :D
