The last visit, a halloween story.

Great story, I wish I was closer to my grandpa. I'm 13, and I wish he would have taught me things about knives and other things. He was never into knives a lot, but damn, he was a strong man. He kept his old, senile wife and their 60-year old mentally retarded daughter alive and well all by himself. When he died a couple of years back, I didn't have a lot to remember him by. I have his little golden pen stand that has a dolphin that has two diamonds on its side next to the pen, a couple of pictures, and a cheap, rusty fixed blade that I rarely saw him use. I just thank God that I visited him and thanked him for the 100 euros he gave me for my birthday when I did, he needed to be taken to the hospital just a day after that, and he died two days after hospitalization. I photographed the funeral and gave discs with the pictures on them to everyone that wanted a copy for free.
