Great looking mod Tim. I really like it. How many do you plan to make? 
I know Mike Thourot has some interesting things to say about drilling hardened INFI.
The GPK ate up bits. 
I imagine a clip sheath, or one with a quick release mounting, would work best; allowing use of the opener without exposing the edge. I'll be interested to see what you come up with.
