I read all his customer feedback and cut & pasted the 2 quotes from above. The "customers" who posted those replies are no longer active members. I believe this guy is a fraud and has somehow posted positive revues for himself while posing as a buyer.
 
I sent the seller a question asking if it was a genuine Buck Knives knife?Just had to do it.We shall see if they give me an answer.I wonder how long it will take before Hoodlum fakes start showing up.:eek:
 
I just got a response from the seller. It is the red text:

this is the i buy it and i sold it back this way

That clarifies everything!
 
It only took a few months for the BuckMaster to be copied.. By the way this blade looks like NO bayonet Buck has ever made...

LMAO! Way to go! He still won't show the back of the sheath that's supposed to be stamped with 2008.
 
Ok, I found more of these listed by a seller in Thailand. Here's a picture of both sides of the knife and the sheath. Ever see a Buck sheath with a stamp like that? :rolleyes: I sent the original seller in this thread a message telling him he was misrepresenting the knife as a Buck. His reply below. :confused:

you need to read i did not list knife as a buck knife i list as a Buck Bayonet Hunting there are only 7 like this on ebay

OK, now the seller of these junkers has it set up to where you can't send him a message or ask a question about the knives. He must have been getting harrased and for some reason he won't accept my bid!!!

Yes, he doesn't want you to be able to buy and then neg him.......so he blocked you.

I suppose all the Buck Forum Vigilantes will soon be blocked.

Well, if one of the regulars here that isn't blocked wants to try to win it and then neg him, I'll pay for it and you can keep it!;)
 
There are some sellers who will not be harmed by a neg because they have many seller IDs.

Anybody who wants to use that strategy should carefully assess whether it will really have any impact on that particular seller.

Best solution is for Buck to talk to e-Bay.

If you read the description, he does in fact make this very claim in 3 different places.
