Gentlemen,
Here's one for the new year that would be a nice addition to your bar or kitchen. Lemons and limes beware, there's no hiding from this one. Garlic and herbs need dicing? No problem. Plus you've always wanted a knife done with camel bone, right?
SPECS:
OAL: 7"
BLADE: 3.0" long, 1.25" heel height. It has been hand finished to 600 grit, etched in FeCl and tumbled for a stonewash finish. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.006" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.098" 26C3 carbon steel heat treated to RC63.
HANDLE: Stabilized, black dyed camel bone with black micarta liners and black micarta pins.
PRICE: $220 Shipped USPS in the CONUS, international buyers welcome, shipping extra.
Paypal, check or money orders accepted.
Post "I'll take it" here in this thread and then PM or email me for arrangements. I have this posted on Instagram as well. The first time stamp has priority.
Comments/Questions/Critiques welcome.
Thanks for looking!
