Both the day it releases as well as the knife, or knives, he made are a surprise. The event starts 12/3 and runs through 12/14, so Les's product will release somewhere in that range.
DLT previews the drop at 10AM EST daily and then the drop itself is at 12PM EST.

The first batch of the redesigned V3s (MagnaCut, no lanyard hole, threaded standoffs, new clip position) were released at BladeShow '24.
He tweaked the clip position a little bit since that very first batch but as far as I know that is only change he's made.
