I have had a couple regular Dixons, but man this frag one is super nice imo. I know it runs on bearings but man they are so smooth. I wouldn’t care to send you mine to check out if you would like to just let me know.

I mean, you never know, but I tried to be alert, and since I was on the SRT at the time, I had some fun toys as well. But, nothing makes you bulletproof.

Very much appreciate the kindness, but I won't trouble you.

(I can almost hear my mother in the background when I was a kid saying "Neither a borrower nor a lender be". I never did ask her who put that one from "Hamlet" in her bag of tricks. It stuck, though...for the most part.)

It really is no trouble at all, that’s half the fun of this hobby is sharing the joy! But mom always knows best no doubt. Mine sure instilled a lot of life lessons and knowledge to me. I’m proud to admit I’m a mommas boy, sure do miss her.
 
Difference between collector and someone who is not afraid to use pristine and expensive knives. Like me for example all of my knives that I have in my collection start from $400 and up , I post pictures of them , I might carry but never use the blade . Are you guys the same lol ?

I wouldn't use some of the custom and higher/nicer/fancier/rarer ones fellas here own. I dont own any of those though. the more standard ones I own i carry and use......

I carry all mine and will use them only for knife tasks, cutting stuff. But I won’t use them to cut a zip tie if I have to slide the blade against metal to do so for example.

I figured you'd use your nice stuff, Mitch.......

except on things like climbing mud walls with your knife
