In the real world my eyes glazed over when former NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly became Commissioner of U.S. Customs and spent his time on important matters like sending a message to us in the Office of Investigations to inform us that we were no longer to use the original printed letterhead and that it was only to be used by the bosses, drones and minions at headquarters. We, the great unwashed, were to use photocopied versions of the letterhead.

He also worked on changing uniforms for the uniformed divisions, and came up with some nifty new paint schemes for the vehicles.

Not so much on the investigative and enforcement side. Another empty suit.

Ah, bosses. Gotta love 'em.
