Here is a new take on a style I have made in the past.
This knife is based on my "Nubby" model but with longer, sleeker proportions.
I feel like this size is really handy and doesn't take up much pocket real estate.

• my damascus (1084 + 15n20)
• textured + oxidized copper handle
• .005" bronze washers
• stainless pin
• leather pocket sheath

• 5 3/8" open
• 3 3/8" closed (excluding flipper)
• 1 7/8" edge
• 3/32" at the spine

Hey D, could you wait more then two minutes before you snag another one of Shelby's friction folders? Thanks Martin

Sorry Martin! Right place, right time. Besides, every time I take more than 30 seconds to decide whether or not to buy one of Alan Davis' new knives, I get skunked .... so, I don't even bother to think anymore!!! As I told Shelby, I would like to have one in each of his Higo styles (blade material/shape). This will be the first nubby and the first with his Damascus. How could I pass on it?!!!

I was sleeping again... Nice catch Dennis a great addition to your collection.

I could have beat Dennis to the punch (Wow!), but was afraid to get in the way. Anyway I need a little meat in my rice once in a while.

Thanks Steven ..... I appreciate your act of kindness .... especially since I wasn't so kind in snatching up the previous one!!!!! And, just for the record .... spam qualifies as meat. Trust me on this .... I am starting to enjoy it mixed with my beans and rice!
