As promised Jimmy sent me one of his blades a while back to play with and it was an extremely sharp
slicer and chopper that exhibited great edge retention.
It was an extremely mean machine, I so envy your collection, Win.

Saw the picture framed in the background and hope you (or Jimmy) don't mind me sticking up his self portrait
painting he sent me.
I think he's quite an accomplished painter..
and hear he tickles the ivories, too.

Forgot to show a couple of down and dirty pics of the one Jimmy sent me
to cut some rope, chop some 2 X 6s and generally mess around with.
It sports his chrysanthemum stamp on the butt.
Really wish it could have stayed here.
