The DOC is a great knife IMO, it does look deadly and I wouldn't never choose it for EDC, because it's just too pretty to mark up, plus I have way too many users already. Just a very well made knife, solid, flips smooth, locks up great, this one is flawless. Of course it suffers from being designed by two guys that have a rabid hate group here, so anything at all that is wrong with any of them will be gloated over and the ones with good experiences ignored by them.

*I do not practice criminal law*...In short (and normal people speak), there are rules that dictate how you can present items introduced as evidence; saying that something was a "weapon" just based on the commercial name under which it was sold is very thin and not likely to be allowed. Law & Order is an entertaining show, but it doesn't work like that in real life.

In short, the comparisons about be

ingr on trial on a felony charge versus a misdemeanor are very misplaced and as to the "Judge Judy" story, that is what appellate courts are for.
Where's your sense of humor pal. Your not impressing anyone but yourself haha.

I'm the moron that paid 300 bucks for a knife called Death on Contact and like it too! :) See you can buy two DOC's if you drive right instead of paying fines! :D
