I was wondering if the ZDP-189 used on the Mini-Cyclone is solid or laminated. Does anyone know? Perhaps Thomas W. might answer this question. TIA!!

Hey Lady.

My second one should be here today also. I lost mine a week or so ago working w/ the Div of Wildlife here. I like the knife so much I had to replace it right away. Let us know what you think of it.

Edit: it came shortly after posting this. Shaving sharp out of the box. I gotta do something about that 'mange look' on my left arm. :p :D
 
Hi!! It is great to see you rnr!!

Mine arrived this evening, and all I can say is WOW!! I am very IMPRESSED with this knife!! As you may or may not know, I usually buy Custom folders, and only custom folders. This knife is amazing!! UPS arrived during dinner, and after I tore through the box, I sat back down on the couch, and went to go shave arm hair.(Yes, women do that too!!) I got the strangest look from the spousal unit!! LOL! Mine is also shaving sharp too. I gotta say, this is one GREAT knife. I bought it out of curiosity. I am glad that I did buy this knife!!
 
Its a top of the line folder from a production company. I'm a Spyderco person mainly, but I do love the Kershaw Mini Cyclone in Ti/ZDP!:D
 
Yes, but I normally do NOT buy production knives. This is one fantastic knife!! This is the ONLY production knife I have and will buy. Thank you Kershaw!!

Yeah, that's a pretty good testiment to a knife. TCK is knowledgable about knives and to someone who buys customs, getting this knife says something.
