The most comfortable handle

The two best I've ever handled and the Buck 110 and Benchmade 710. They're both very basic designs that fit well in just about any hand comfortably.

I like all of the EKI's, especially the 8, but for some odd reason I really prefer a knife with no real finger grooves. The closest I have gotten with a folder is my 740 Dejavoo.

I heard the griptilian is the most squishy and soft to handle, which often equates to comfortable for most people. However, I find that, as StringsMartyr mentioned, that the Benchmade Dejavoo has the most ergonomic handle.

+1 on Millie - very comfortable knife for it's size.

Also - Strider SnG.

And...(please hold your laughter)...the Spyderco Ocelot, which is the reason I bought it - just never got the gumption to carry it.

For me folder wise it's a REKAT SIFU......and fixed blade....Busse Skinny ASH
