I know REI is having that sale right now for the combo, but they dont say how big the kettle is, in how much it holds... does anyone know the exact capacity of the kettle???

any you can also put your thoughts of the pocket rocket to :D

Don't have any experience with the kettle but the Pocket Rocket is awesome.

I personally didn't dig it, and went with a jetboil instead. I like how the jetboil all hooks together so I carry it around while it's burining.

That being said, there are plenty of folks who love it. So I guess this post was pointless lol :)

ya the ketboil looks very handy for personal use and maybe two people, so that is still one of my options...

Man, i just watched a video about the Jetboil, and they do have a attachment that lets you put other pots on it to... that was the only reason why i wasn't to into the jetboil at first... so i maid my decision... :D

thanks guy :)

Pretty sure Seahawk is correct. I don't know what they are selling for, but I am kicking myself for not buying the combo instead of just the pot. The combo makes the little stove a heck of a deal.

I own a few titanium pots and the MSR Ti Kettle is my favorite. Wide enough to be stable on tiny stoves and not waste the heat up the sides, tight fitting lid, decent handles, super light and durable. Seahawk is correct in that it holds 0.85 liters, which is great for use as a small pot/mug.

Consider making a pot cozy from Reflectix for it. Titanium loses heat insanely fast. Or you can save the effort and buy one from Anti Gravity Gear for $10:

The Pocket Rocket is good for boiling water in that it is a well focused torch, but I find that it's useless for anything else.
