This knife was designed for back country hunts. Its a camp, knife and a hunter. It is made from 1/8" O1 with a saber grind for durability. The blade is 4 1/2" with the heat treat scale left on. The 4 1/4"handle is desert iron wood with black G 10liner and nickel silver pins. It is a simple design with a generous handle for cold or gloved hands. The sheath is 8-9 oz veg tanned leather, dyed black with a fire steel loop. The 3/8" fire steel is mounted with an antiqued antler handle.
The price is $180.98+$15.00 shipping. USA only please. PayPal only. First "I'll take it" followed by a pm wins.

Ok.... what do you NOT like. I am always looking for ways to improve. Any input would help.

I like it, like the steel, like the size.
sadly can't buy every knife I like.

Just looking at the pics I can honestly say I can't find anything wrong with it. Looks like a great price too.

It's funny, looking at this site for a while. 01 seems to be "in vogue" now. For a while it was 52100. 1095, 1084, 5160...all good steels.

01 is pretty hard to beat as a good all around steel.

Fine knife! Good luck with the sale.
