Ø The last HI if it was held over here I would have had an election of Officers and the following I would of nominated.
Ø President- Dan Gray (I did want to vote for myself)

If I would get re-elected back as president there would be a number of changes that I would presented to BOD, that I would like to be seen in By-Laws and etc.
Also I would not return to the club unless Dan Gray would resigned
This is just the way I feel. No one is going to tell me who and who I cant have at my shop.
It took me to quit the club to get the other members more involved and to take their fingers out of their Asss

first of all we could not have an election with-out a full member vote and that's to be done by e-mail where as all members can not attend the H/i's
it's in the bylaws

you can't change the by-laws it's a full member thing to change them..

I'd have hoped our friendship would have been better than that..and kept personal out of it..so we know where the bear takes his dumps now at least..

I do feel for you and YOUR shop and that is why we should never have had a hammer/in at your place..
the by laws were made by us all and when you have a Hammer/in in the name of Necka, then that's the way the ball bounces, you can't have it both ways, your place or not if you have it as a club function,
that where the problem lay...
if you or anyone else would have me do anything but what the members asks for, in the laws set by us all, then I would not be doing my job as VP or the BOD's,,you've stepped on members with-out regard..
You took it personal and should not have, you have made the right choices for yourself imo and many others feel the same way..
if the guys don't want me as the VP of necka then so be it but it's up to them and I sure won't grovel over it.... but I won't step down just because you couldn't handle your end, and want to jab at me here.. ..and coming on here saying that bull.
if we had gone with my suggestions to have the H/i's in a public place this would not have happened , I saw it coming .after the last time you went off the deep end.
you did not want to push for this so we had no choice to have it at
your place with your thumb on the club so it could not expand.
you got cornered by saying we have not lost members and I showed you just who dropped out and you got PO'ed, it's as plain as that..:jerkit:
now ..to send an e-mail like you sent to Paul was just wrong, for you to do that in the manor you did it in a position of head of necka ,
that sure would be an interesting piece to post here just so the guys can see what you're made of..but I'm not going to do that to you, you do yourself harm just fine with-out any help from others..
don't take this personal George, it's just to stick up for Paul and rightfully should be done, if no one else will I'll have to..(yes the whole BOD's saw it) he was doing his job as well,,, and you didn't like it..this is a members club not a one man party.
I am stooping a bit myself right now , Paul is a bigger man then I am for not saying anything about it here..
we all have our own problems but we don't use them to gain sympathy...enough said..non members don't have a say in it..
