I`ll be starting to post pictures of knives that are almost ready to ship for 2012 tomorrow. The first four are almost done! Not bad, two weeks ahead of promise date. These will be for MidwestDave, mqqn, Dannyboy Leather, and Liveitloud.

Almost forgot. When you guys see the knife MidwestDave designed, you will all want one!

Dag nummit, John.

How am I supposed to put money away for a rainy day when you keep making knives I just have to have?

Just kidding (or course).

But I am really curious now.

Semi Wharncliff EDC in 1/16" thick stock, and 1" longer blade, in maple burl with red liners, for mqqn.

A design from MidwestDave. This one is 13" overall, with a 8" blade, 2" tall, and walnut handles. It will be joining my line in 2012. This one has a scandi grind, but I will offer it in my standard grind.

Great job john, I love the way the maple burl came out and these EDC's look better each time see one. Interesting design from MidwestDave Dave as well, that walnut looks rich!

You weren't lying when you said we'd like MidwestDave's design. I like that a lot. The handle is perfect.

Looks great John. Don't forget polished handles on this, can't tell from the pic. It sure looks good. Just how I described it to you. Amazing!!

Hi John -

Outstanding!! That semi-wharnie has turned into a popular choice it seems!

I love the burl on mine - very smoky!

Midwest Dave came up with a beauty there! I really like the look of the walnut with the multiple smaller rivets - very cool and a great looking design!

Still more Semi Wharncliff EDC`s to come, it is pretty popular. The knife of Dave`s is a real slicer, it`s only 1/8" thick.

Awesome!

No sheath required for mine, and let me know the damage and I can get that on it's way to you asap (and for the 112 as well).

best regards -

No rush. I`ll be starting the 112 tomorrow, but I don`t plan on anything shipping untill next week. Just don`t feel like fighting the crowds at the post office!

Beautiful work on all of them John.
Can't wait to attack a big ham with mine. The walnut came out better than I expected.
She's the first in a line that will probably include 3 more.

Could I see a pic of the liners? I'm curious to see how the contrast came out.

Thanks,
Dave

Did not see this. Knife shipped yesterday, contrast was nice!

Currently in process are a Kephart, Trapline, two Semi Wharncliff EDC`s, and a Semi Wharncliff Friction Folder. Tomorrow is Connie`s day off, so I will be heat treating on Friday.

Next I will be starting a Early Style Hunter, thin Kephart EDC, 6" blade Scout, and a Simple Scandi. After those are done, it will be a Spike Hawk, Nessmuk Hatchet, and an Urban Tactical Hawk.
