Finally got my RC-4 today! Yay for new EDC! Has anyone here used the paracord to attach the sheath to their belt? if so, how's that working out for you?
 
I have the HEST and use the paracord for belt carry. It holds it in tight which is great for EDC. I tried the Tek loc and it didn't seem to work as well, which is weird cause that's how I carried the izula.
 
My first and still favorite ESEE.

I have only used the paracord belt loop method because it is my favorite. Very secure.

I do sometimes. It's great actually, I like the hi-ride for both in the truck and in my desk chair. I love my RC-4...and the other ESEE knives I have... because of so many carry options. I drill two more holes in my RC-4S sheath and made the same cord and cord lock work better for molle/pals straps too. Enjoy! It's an awesome tool!
 
I got my RC-4 last week and was able to wear and use it this weekend. I use the paracord to attach it to my belt vs the Molly doohickeys.

Good for you man. These ESEE's are bad dudes. For the money, there isn't much that compares to the quality, useability and customer support.

Apologies to the OP, didn't mean to steal your thunder. Congrats on the RC 4. I have yet to get one. It's on the list though.
