Thanks to the friendly help of an extremely good guy and fellow Busse enthusiast (more of a HOG actually), my FAVORITE knife is back in the game with a sharp new look. I've got to tip my hat to Porkducci (Tim) for his excellent work on my Eu-17 Magnum! He used a scotch brite wheel (belt?) to clean up the grind marks (which were EXREMELY deep), and bead blasted the entire knife before re-attaching the handle scales with stainless steel tube fasteners. As you can see, there's still some very light grind marks, but if you'd seen the knife before I started sanding on it prior to sending it to Tim, you'd be as amazed as I am that it turned out like it did! The spine is ESPECIALLY clean!

Thanks again PORKDUCCI!!

Now for the pictures :D

Here's a pic of my new Mag and my user Mag:

Lets finish it off with an Eu triangle:

I've got a few days off next week. I'll be doing something up the road a little for a day. The other 2 days I have to go stomping around Mt. Baldy. I'll have my Rucksack and my Eu-Magnum. Should be fun. I might just be "sick" for an extra day. Don't know how I'd manage it without a phone, but I'd figure it out :D.

Oh, and YES. I intend to beat the turd out of my Eu to get some of those familiar BEAUTY marks back.

Came out sweet! Randucci did a great job. I love those handles. Need to get me an Eu.

WOw --- that looks great!

That is one I've never had the privilege of holding... One day maybe.

Congrats.

Unless you find one for yourself.....DON'T hold one. You'd go nuts trying to find one. I wouldn't even trade one for a SHBM 1/300! If I ever do make it to blade (hopefully next year) I'll bring all the Eu's.

I think I am going to cry!!!!!

Let it out brother :D..............Is it because of the beauty of the user or that you let me get my mitts on yours? You DO have my old Off Duty :D

You're a sick one Rat Fink.......I just checked it to make sure. Still good.....I had a recurring nightmare of my Mag being made to match the Frankenwarden. I don't know if I could bear a Frankenmagnum!

NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Rat, I can do that for you on your knife, is that a reverse tanto? Send a knife to me, I need some more INFI dust!

Paul's EU-17 turned out pretty nice, he did some of the work, so it wasn't too much to do, thanks for the complements.

Don't blaspheme! The 300 SHBM is my dream blade...first it is a SHBM and then 1 of 300, just like my Avatar:D

The Off Duty is a small but fat consolation for the missing EU in my life!

I will send you my FBMLE, it is in dire need of a stylish reverse tanto treatment.

But seriously, that Magnum looks real nice.

Perhaps you should send it off to grinducci for that sweet reverse tanto point.

I'm thinking about sending in my Desert Jack for that treatment.
