Look at 38 seconds. Did you see how much he had to lean in to force that edge through the cut? :eek::eek::p

I was leaning quite far over the table for the shot had to get my face in the frame. it took some talent to cut that slow with that sharp of a blade i was actually holding back.
 
Can we get a speed chop with those chef slicing skills? Curious how nimble it can be if we wanted it for food prep and just to see what the slices look like without holding her back.

So far, looking good.
