Aww now come on, thats not near as bad as that crap Diesel D posted on my chat thread and it was 4 mins long.

Actually the story behind that video is that (as you guys know) Murph and I are both seasoned smartasses, So, you can imagine that shop time is fairly comedic to say the least. I take great pride in annoying him to the fullest extent on my talents. However, Murph is a tough nut to crack. Very few things really annoy him to much, but I find that he hates that song, So, I find myself playing it when he comes over! :D
 
I had an interesting request from a local guy who wanted a sheath made. For a shovel. A shovel I wondered? When I got it, its one of those Crovel survival shovels. Turned out to be a fun project. I would have gone with black but he wanted brown.

Got my sling bag in. I like the old design better, without the label on the front. It replaced a row of molle. Not a deal breaker. Much to my surprise, it was the old style.

I actually ground 1.4mm (about 1/16") off either side of a Ka-Bar Gen2 BK-2.

Here is another pic mid-process, BK-2 stamping is just barely visible.

I'm not capable of making something like this from scratch, and if I was, it wouldn't be such a blatant rip-off of such a nice knife.
 
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to make this picture an oval? In paint i cant select to cut out a circle, i can just draw one...

Would have been much easier if the big knife were in the middle. ;)
 
I hate losing a knife. Can't find my Mora Companion anywhere. That's the knife I like on the side of my sling bag. If it falls off, it's not really a big deal.
