The New Snark Thread

No recent knife purchases for me. Spending too much on footwear at the current Allen Edmonds once a year sale. Picked up two pair of boots and a pair of casual shoes.
 
Finished cleaning up the rest of the new batch of stabilized wood:

100% this - just like the BK98 & 76.

personally, in 61+/- RC AEB-L and at $100 over the 1095CV MSRP, stainless versions of any BK&T knife would probably sell
 
OK, I may have been overly pessimistinc -- Tomar's FB page says they're taking pre-orders.
I went to their site and it's up at a better than fair discount.
if they had the 76 at a similar price break, I'd consider getting a second one.

I ordered it. We’ll see, but so far looks very legit.
 
Yeah. Kabar posted on FB this afternoon stating they will be shipping to retailers next week. Someone else has it listed for $250.
 
No idea how I stumbled into side hustling concertina installing, prickly subject though. Slow and easy is the word, no panic reactions when you get stuck. Like when the wayward honeybee landed on my forearm while I was thoroughly entwined in circles of wire..... just a bee...I flinched anyway, expecting a wire stick, but got lucky.
Still not done with this job, but I'm over half way through.
