I’ve made my stop loss this year with the back surgery. So I am not paying anything. I have decent insurance , I’m getting paid 80% for up to 13 weeks

I tore up my shoulder the beginning of last year it took 4 months to get surgery. But PT was great at getting me back into shape.

Today was a mess . I’m a night owl and don’t do early well . Wife woke up at 4:30 with upset stomach, I went out for ginger ale and other stuff easy on the stomach. Figured I wasn’t going to get back to sleep so made breakfast by 6:30 . Watching Over my wife instead of sleeping . She finally started feeling better around noon and I fell asleep for a while my internal clock is totally off kilter and I’ve got nothing done

I’ve set off both in training too. I liked the 40 lb cratering charge
I ordered 6 8 ml tubes of water color paint from Amazon 2 came today 3 tomorrow and 1 next week. Shipped from 5 different locations

Our friend just had her 3rd great grandchild today , their family and our family have been friends for generations . Myla picked a loud day to join us

First Full Family Reunion in 50 years coming up for me...Relatives of my generation, most of my generation are still alive. Oh well guess I'm lucky to see them again. There goes my vension in the "Evil Step" mother's freezer...some how my little freezer got moved to her "Freezer Farm".
