The "NO WORK TOMORROW!!!" thread. How are you guys spending the weekend?

Visited the wifes family yesterday and mine today. I sharpened some knives that Ive been putting off and I'm going shooting tomorrow. kinda lame but its better than working!

o yea, and also some drinking!

LIVING THE DREAM!!! :D



Well, for the past 2 days I've been spring (fall?) cleaning and making salsa. So, it'll probably be the same tomorrow since the race isn't until Tuesday now.

But, I haven't went shooting in 30 some odd hours, so I have to bust out a rifle or two tomorrow :D
 
The Great Minnesota Get Together with my girl! Giant BBQ turkey legs, Sweet Marthas Cookies, Nitro Ice Cream and probably my annual switch blade comb knife.
 
Stone pony last night to see buckethead, (lots of booze) slept on the beach. Chopped down a 8 to 10 inch diameter alanthus tree with my ak today and broke it down with the satin battle rat (lots of booze) now relaxing with. . . you guessed it! (lots of)
Tito's handmade vodka.
 
drove trhough Wauseon omw to Cedar Point today, had a blast!!! When I saw the Wauseon sign I started oinkin and mama was like, WTF? :D Will be there 2morr to with my busse shirt on. If you see me, feel free to buy a round :D

Let's see - convexed my two hunting Rats yesterday, took the kids fishing today (we caught tons of little Perch, Green Sunfish, and Largemouth Bass), and I plan to send some hot lead downrange in the morning, then BBQ!!! THAT's a good Holiday weekend!

Working here... Can't really complain though, I'm fortunate to have the job.
 
A light much needed rain is falling in north Georgia....... a good workout with my kettlebells and cleaning a few Glocks. Also continuing my perusing of the Busse Forum in search of true knowledge. My first two Busse knives arrived this week - SCABS and a Ratmandu. Still chuckling about the recent Ganzaaa as it was a pleasure to participate in. Life if good!
 
Got back last night after four days in the Boundary waters with my daughters and wife. Lots of canoing, portaging, fishing, wood gathering and camp fire talk. Today, we just finished the last of the school shopping and then it's off to a birthday dinner.
 
I am sending out a gazillion e-mails for the Alaskaganza!!!

I'm gonna shotgun a 30-pack with my friends.

Then we're gonna listen to some Buddy Guy, Stevie Ray, B.B., Jimi, Muddy, Berry, etc. smoke cigars, sip scotch and shoot pool.
