The Not-So-GAW GAW; aka The GAW of Destruction!

A friendly reminder; get your entries in if you wish to destroy this blight. I’ll announce tomorrow when everyone should vote on who should get this. :)

Ok, everyone vote for who you feel has the best plan for destruction. :D

There were several cool entries here, but, I’m casting my vote for 91bravo 91bravo .

....which could be made from American steel - up until just last year, the U.S. was sending heavy tonnage of scrap steel as fast as they could. Besides, once it blows thru Jim's forge it'll be American steel - all that chinese just burned off, leaving nothing but...steel. Which, I'm pretty sure, doesn't belong to any one country, really - Mostly Fe with a dash of C, hopefully a smidgen of Cr & Mo, maybe some Ni or V...even cheap knives will cut stuff at least once o_O
You forgot to mention that all that scrap steel sent back was steel they sent here :p:p

just saw the thread ... could be fun ... I wish things weren't so hectic I'd jump in ...

my first thought was similar to Jonny's shooting it edge first to see if it would split a bullet ... then start at tip and shoot pieces off until you got to nothing but handle ...

my second thought would be to baton the old beat to hell 9 in the garage through it just to see if it would ...

but since life is a bit crazy at the moment I'd have to lean towards Jonny blasting it into oblivian

I'll blast em with hard cast 480 grain bullets out of a .45-70 I'll get it on video, probably next weekend, depending on what I have going on with baseball, basketball and band, in between the kids!

My Father has a .45-70 Ruger#1 that he likes to load Hot!
Also a .375 H&H...

Those two pack the biggest Punch I've ever felt.... makes a 12ga shotty feel like a spitball!

:D

The lightweight 325gr loads are very manageable. It's when you get to 400+ grains is where the wallop comes from! It's funny that 325 grains in a 45-70 is considered lightweight..:D But it can still pack a punch.

It leaves ya black and blue after a few shots...
Literally, you are pulling the rifle into your shoulder as hard as you can!
He used to have a scope on it, but too many people got hurt.... :/

As long as nobody suggests Bravo ships the remnant scraps to boostr for his idea.
Darn, that would have been the perfect finish  Than back to China than back to the USA :poop: I get it now, that's why we get crappy Knives from China :p:p It's all boostr fault
