The Nuclear Option is used to push a proposal through congress with less votes than normal.
Maybe a few protos of a different dagger model was made and the Nuclear Option was used to choose this model. The few protos of the other model will be offered up for sale as well.
How out there is that idea. Only thing I could come up with using The Nuclear Option.

I'm going with a dozen totally tricked out CS Satin sweet gems with recurve edges both sides and museum class handles ~ But all this with no meltdown? ... Well, I for one was blown away by what we CAN order tomorrow and at a price point I think is very reasonable - So for me, I'm pretty damn happy with what I know will happen and I'm sure the wonderment will continue - It's worth the wait but doesn't mean it's not painful waiting
