Thought I would finally make an official list of models that can be ordered.
This is a work in progress and may take a few days to post everything.
If you don't see something, just ask.
Our knives are HANDMADE from patterns kept in the shop. They are NOT waterjet cut CARBON COPIES. There will be slight variance, but less than 5%. Some of our models are TRUE HANDFORGED KNIVES. This means an anvil and a forge and a hammer were involved in the shaping and finish of the knife. We don't just leave heat treat scale on and claim a "forge finish". Our heat treats are done in a digital controlled oven so we know EXACTLY how the steel was heated.
Examples range from basic to tricked out versions of the model
When ordering, steel type and thickness can be requested.
Handles may be requested from basic wood and two pin to liners with custom micarta with multiple pins.
Orders can be made with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
